CRUST
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
CHEESECAKE
2 cups chocolate chips
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
powdered sugar

For Crust: Combine flour, brown sugar and butter in a medium bowl. Press onto bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
For Cheesecake Topping: Microwave chocolate chips in a medium, microwave-safe bowl on high (100%) powder for 1 minute. Stir, then microwave at additional 10 to 20 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Cool.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a small mixer bowl until smooth. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in evaporated milk and melted chocolate.
Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-35 minutes or until center is set. Cool to room temperature, then chill until firm.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
