ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) Mozzarella cheese
1 large onion
2 medium green bell peppers
1 large tomato
1 package fajita seasoning
8 flour tortillas
1 package smoked sausage (lite)
directions
Place flour tortillas in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Place cut up smoked sausage in pan and cook, then drain off grease. Add onion, green peppers, tomatoes, and seasoning mix; cook until mixture is done. Turn off stove and while mixture is still hot, stir in mozzarella cheese.
Take flour tortillas out of oven and fill each tortilla with fajita mixture, then serve.
