- #66989

under 30 minutes
ingredients
5 peeled, tailed, shrimp
1 hoagie roll (six inch size)
2 slices provolone cheese
butter
tartar sauce
directions
Shave about 1/4 off each side of the hoagie roll, cut a slit on top of the roll almost the whole length of the hoagie. Butter each side of the hoagie and grill each side of the roll.
Deep fry the shrimp. When the roll is grilled and the shrimp are fried, fill the slit in the middle with tartar sauce, then press the shrimp inside.
Cover the whole top of the roll with provolone cheese. Place the stuffed hoagie in an oven until the cheese melts.
