5 cups sugar
1 large. box or 2 small boxes strawberry gelatin
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
6 cups zucchini, grated and drained
directions
Cook sugar and zucchini together for 15 minutes. Heat to dissolve gelatin. Put in containers and freeze.
