ingredients
1 can (6.5 ounce size) white tuna in water, drained
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon minced sweet pickle
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 English muffins, split and toasted
4 slices tomato (1/4 inch thick)
4 slices (1 ounce size) processed American cheese
directions
Combine tuna, celery, pickle, and mayonnaise, stirring well.
Place muffin halves on an ungreased baking sheet. Spoon tuna mixture evenly onto each half. Top each with 1 tomato slice and 1 cheese slice.
Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
