ingredients

2 cans (6 ounce size) solid white tuna in water, drained
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon dry basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 ripe tomato, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
2 pita breads
sliced ripe olives

directions

Combine tuna, yogurt, mayonnaise and seasonings. Mix well and chill.

Cut pita bread in half and fill pockets with tomato, cucumber, tuna mixture. Top with olives.
