Sherried Onions

ingredients

2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup milk
1 cube chicken bouillon
1/3 cup dry sherry
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 jar (32 ounce size) onions, drained
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

directions

Combine first four ingredients and heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add all remaining ingredients except walnuts.

Pour into a casserole dish and sprinkle walnuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees F uncovered for 30 minutes.
