Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms

ingredients
1 package portabella mushrooms
1 package cream cheese
1 egg
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 pound hot Italian sausage
directions
Cook sausage until done, the put in a food chopper and chop up. Mix in the cream cheese, egg, and bread crumbs. Spoon into the mushrooms and then bake approx. 10-15 min. These are awesome!

i skipped the egg and just mixed the cream cheese and cooked sausage. Scoop out the gills of the mushrooms if you wish (I always do). I then put the sausage mixture in the mushrooms and sprinkled the top with bread crumbs and stuck under the broiler until it was bubbly and browned. Tasted amazing!!!

Recipe lacked complete information. No baking temperature. No preparation of the portabella's. Also, the presentation of the dish was lacking. Mixed cream cheese and sausage tasted pretty good but looked unappetizing.
