Smoked Salmon Filo Shells With Cold Dill Sauce

ingredients
1 pound cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces smoked salmon, drained and diced
1/4 cup roasted red peppers, diced
1/4 cup green pepper, finely diced
1/4 cup shallot, finely diced
fresh ground white pepper
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
1 package frozen filo dessert shells
Dill Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 dash lemon zest
salt to taste
fresh white pepper to taste
directions
Mix all the above except shells, spoon into shells and place in a preheated oven at 325 degrees F for about 20 minutes.
Remove and place on dinner plates. Serve with the dill sauce. Top with a sprinkle of lemon zest.
For Sauce: In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
