Beer Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 pound Shrimp, 16/20 size
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Pickling Spice
1/2 cup Beer (like Jamaican Red Stripe Beer)
Lemon for garnish
Cocktail Sauce
Directions:
Place beer and seasonings in a small pot - Cover and bring to a boil on high heat - as soon as beer is boiling good, add the shrimp and cook about 4 minutes. Chill in ice water.
Serve cocktail sauce and lemon slices.
