1 cup long-grain rice
1 cube chicken bouillon, crumbled
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Place the rice in the bottom of a 1 1/2 cup jar with a lid. Place on top of that the crumbled bouillon cube, dried onion, raisins, and curry powder.
Attach the following directions to the jar:
To prepare, combine the curried rice mix with 2 1/2 cups water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.

Like the recipe, not a strong curried taste, I would recommend bumping it up to 2tsp of curry. Thanks for the recipe.
