This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

Very tasty rice dish. I used red peppers instead of green as that's what I had on hand. Thank you for posting this recipe.

Absolutely fantastic. I used 1/2 red bell pepper and 1/2 green bell pepper to add color. Also, I used a red onion (more flavorful). Before sauteing these ingredients, I slightly processed them. I will never have rice any other way again.
I tried it, but I think that I messed it up. What should I do differently if I end up with a bunch of spices mixed in with crude scrambled eggs?
Stir the spices until blended, then stir in the egg and scramble, then continue with the recipe. That method will distribute the spices better.

Tried this recipe and it was not only easy but absolutely delicious! You can add meat such as diced chicken or shrimp to it and make it a main dish.

I tried it and it tasted great. I don't really cook so putting in egg seemed weird to me but it tasted great! Thanks!
