Baked Pineapple Rice

ingredients
2 cups rice
4 cups crushed pineapple
11 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup pineapple juice
directions
Boil the rice. Drain the crushed pineapple.
Place, in a buttered baking dish, one-fourth of the rice, cover with one-fourth of the pineapple. Repeat the layer of rice and pineapple. Place last of rice on top. Dot each layer with butter and brown sugar.
Pour pineapple juice over top and bake covered at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until brown.
