Ingredients:
1/4 pound scallops
1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1 square (12-inch size) heavy-duty foil
Directions:
Place the ingredients on foil. Fold the foil and seal ends to make a package.
Bake on a grill or in the coals for about 12 minutes.
