Place scallops in a shallow 2-1/2-quart baking dish. Combine lemon juice and remaining ingredients; stir well. Pour over scallops; cover and marinate in refrigerator 10 minutes.
Broil 5-1/2 inches from heat 6 minutes; stir well. Broil an additional 6 minutes or until scallops are done.

I would suggest adding some salt in there somewhere, or maybe add a little wine with the lemon marinade.
