Mixing spices, powdered coffee creamer, and instant coffee together makes an all-in-one instant gingerbread coffee.

3 cups powdered nondairy creamer
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
3/4 cup instant coffee powder
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and turn on until a fine powder.
Stir a couple of heaping teaspoons (or more according to taste) into hot water.Combine the powdered creamer, brown sugar, spices, and instant coffee powder in a food processor. Process until it forms a fine powder.
Transfer the gingerbread coffee mix to an airtight container and store in a dry location for up to 3 months.
To make gingerbread coffee, stir 2-3 heaping teaspoons into a mug of hot water. Mix well.
To make gingerbread coffee creamer instead of coffee mix, omit the instant coffee powder from the mix. Stir the flavored creamer into hot coffee as desired.
To make flavored coffee creamer omit the instant coffee; stir into brewed coffee as desired.
