The peanut butter adds a creamy texture and nutty flavor to these tender meatballs. Serve as is or with your favorite dipping sauce (try bbq!).

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons oil
Combine the peanut butter, ground beef, onion, chili sauce, salt, pepper, and egg in a bowl. Mix well then form into small balls.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook, turning as needed, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
Serve the peanut butter meatballs hot with toothpicks for easy service.
