Turkey Nachos Grande

ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon water
2 cans (15 ounce size) turkey chili with beans
1 package (1.25 ounce size) taco seasoning
6 cups tortilla chips
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped seeded jalapeno peppers
1 1/2 cup bottled salsa
sour cream
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook turkey, onion and water in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat until browned: stirring frequently to crumble. Add chili and taco seasoning. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Line a 13 by 9 inch pan with tortilla chips.
Spoon turkey mixture over chips. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or till cheese melts. Sprinkle with chopped peppers. Cut in to wedges. Top with salsa and sour cream.
