1 small bag tortilla chips
6 chicken breasts
1 cup picante sauce
2 cups grated monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup guacamole

directions

Line bottom of crockpot with tortilla chips. Arrange chicken pieces over top. Pour picante sauce over chicken and chips. Cook on LOW for 8 hours and add cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Remove from crockpot and top with sour cream and guacamole. Serve with fresh tortilla chips.

    I skip the layer of chips on the bottom. I chop up the chicken and brown it a little then put itin the crockpot. I top with the salsa and cook until the chicken is really tender which is only about 4 hours in my crockpot. I then take out the chicken and distribute it on tortilla chips on a baking sheet, top with cheese and stick under the broiler for just a mintue to melt the cheese. then top with sour cream and guac.
