ingredients
1/2 cup bottled Thousand Island or Russian salad dressing
12 slices soft style rye bread
16 thin slices cooked turkey breast
8 thin slices Swiss cheese
1 pound deli cole slaw
directions
Spread dressing evenly over one side of each bread slice. Top 4 slices with 2 slices turkey, 1 slice cheese and 1/4 cup cole slaw.
Cover with 4 slices bread, dressing side up, and repeat layers. Cover with remaining bread.
Hold each sandwich together with 4 toothpicks, then cut each one into quarters.
