1 package yellow cake mix 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix 1 cup sour cream 4 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Beat cake mix, oil, pudding, sour cream and eggs together very well. In separate bowl mix together sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Place 1/2 cake mix in greased tube pan. Place 1/2 of sugar mixture on top of cake mixture. Top with remaining cake batter, then top with remaining sugar mixture. Bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes.
I baked this in a 13x9 pan because I don't have a tube pan. It took less time to bake but sorry I didn't really time it I just tested it with a toothpick to see when it was done. Maybe 35 minutes? But be sure to just bake it until done and test it. Going to try this next time with a butterscotch pudding mix.

This cake is moist and delicious. It is excellent. I did one following this recipe, then I did another one using brown sugar instead of regular sugar, and added some choc chips with butter plus the cinnamon and nuts. It was really out of this world.

very nice & tasty cake, I added a few more pecans. It took about 55 mins. to bake in a bundt pan/
