3 1/2 cups sweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
4 egg whites
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place coconut, sugar, flour and cocoa in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process until finely ground. Add egg whites and process until blended.
Spoon dough into mounds on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake for about 15 minutes.
