ingredients
16 ounces linguine
6 medium fresh Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Combine all ingredients except pasta and let sit at room temperature. Toss with hot cooked pasta.
