Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

This simple oven-roasted pork loin recipe features a flavorful blend of spices, including nutmeg and cinnamon. Ideal for a weeknight dinner or special occasion, it takes around 1 hour with minimal prep involved.
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pound boneless pork loin roast, trimmed
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the olive oil, black pepper, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a bowl. Rub the mixture evenly on all sides of the pork loin.
Place the pork loin in a shallow roasting pan. Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes or until the meat registers 155 degrees F on a meat thermometer.
Remove the pork loin from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
