1 package (32 ounce size) Krrrrisp Kraut or Silver Floss sauerkraut, well drained
2 pounds country style ribs boned and trimmed
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 can (10.5 ounce size) condensed French onion soup

directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a 9" x 13" casserole dish, place the ribs, then the Sauerkraut. Sprinkle with brown sugar and top with French onion soup. Bake covered for 3 to 4 hours or until tender. Uncover the last 30 minutes to brown.
