Craving a little Italian food? This recipe for spaghetti with homemade meatballs is ready in under 15 minutes.

1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons water
1/3 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 jar (28 ounce size) pasta sauce
4 cups hot cooked spaghetti pasta
Combine the beef, water, bread crumbs, and egg in a bowl. Mix well. Shape the meat into 2-inch meatballs and place in a shallow microwave-safe baking dish.
Microwave on HIGH heat for 5 minutes, turning the meatballs once, or until the beef is cooked through (and registers 160 degrees F on a meat thermometer).
Evenly pour the pasta sauce over the meatballs. Cover the baking dish and microwave on HIGH for 3 more minutes or until the sauce is heated through. Stir once during the cooking time.
Serve the meatballs and sauce over the hot, cooked pasta.

Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

This was very easy. I didn't have seasoned breadcrumbs so I added 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning to the meatballs. Perfect.
I think that this recipe is good besides the meatballs because i dont like them but it sounds good!

You can't beat having dinner ready in 12 minutes! Add seasonings as desired to the meatball mixture (try a salt-free garlic and herb blend along with some minced onions). The meatballs are very moist and tender and do not have the rough texture that microwaved food often has. Use leaner ground beef, otherwise remember to drain excess grease before adding the sauce. Our sauce wasn't heated through after 3 minutes so we stirred it then cooked another 3 minutes. Perfect! Serve with garlic bread and a salad and you'll have a complete meal.
