ingredients
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 dash white pepper
16 cups torn mixed salad greens
dried cherries for garnish
1/2 cup toasted pecans for garnish (about)
freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
directions
Combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, and pepper. Whisk to combine. Toss dressing with greens in large bowl.
Distribute on serving plates. Top with cherries, pecans and cheese.
