It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

Tastes more like thousand island without the relish in it
I used to get the T & S sauce for french fries. This is what I use now which tastes the same as what Bob's Big Boy had. 1 bottle of Kraft creamy french dressing (light orange color), add ketchup and mayonnaise. I don't have exact measurements I just add to taste. It is about 1/4 - 1/2 c ketchup and 1/2-1 c mayonnaise. I use Best Foods mayo. Combine them all together and it tastes just like T & S sauce.
I was very excited to find this recipe. I quickly went out and bought the ingredients but was very unsatisfied with the result. It tasted nothing like big boys tomato and spice...so dont even waste your time. : (
How is it different? If you provide more info, perhaps someone can tweak it to be more like the original. Was it bad overall - or just not what you expected?
