1 1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon garlic
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
Blend flour ingredients together well.
Clean chicken wings in cold water. Dredge through flour mixture and deep fry at 350 degrees F for about 12-15 minutes.
For a thicker breading, dredge through buttermilk before dredging through flour. Always a favorite at a Super Bowl party!

Used the buttermilk instead of water and the coating was thick and got nice and crispy. They didn't need to fry for 12-15 minutes though, more like 8 but maybe my oil was hotter than 350. Just cook until they are good and golden brown and they should be done inside. I used a combo of chicken wings and drummettes.
