ingredients
1 cup beer, regular or non alcoholic
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons margarine
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 teaspoon yeast
3/4 cup broken up pretzel pieces (for instance pretzel rods broken up into 1 inch pieces)
directions
Place all ingredients into the bread machine pan in order according to manufacturers directions, (except pretzels). Select basic white bread. And do not use delay cycle for this recipe!
Add pretzels at the beep signal before last kneading ends. Remove bread when done and place on a wire rack.
