Stir-Fry Ravioli

ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 package (9 ounce size) fresh cheese ravioli
1/2 cup jarred mixed pickled peppers, chopped
1 1/4 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup dry white wine
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Heat oil and pepper flakes and saute for 30 seconds. Add the ravioli and saute them, using tongs to turn them until they get lightly browned and cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Add the peppers and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in the beef, breaking up meat with tongs, cook and brown through, about 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in wine and cook until wine has reduced by half.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley.
