ingredients
4 slices bacon
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups shredded cabbage
directions
Cook bacon until crisp, using a large skillet. Remove, leaving drippings in skillet.
Crumble bacon and set aside. Add onion and next 4 items to drippings and stir till blended. Stir in cabbage.
Cook over medium heat, uncovered, 15 minutes, stir occasionally. Sprinkle with bacon.
