This Italian cheese is so versatile that it can be used in both sweet and savory recipes from cheesecakes to lasagnas.

Ever see bok choy in the grocery store and wonder what you could do with it? Wonder no longer. Olive oil, soy sauce, and sesame seeds for garnish are all you need for a stupendous saute of Chinese cabbage.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium head bok choy (Chinese cabbage), sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
OR
4 baby bok choy, cut in half lengthwise
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the bok choy and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes. Cover the skillet and let the bok choy cook an additional 5-7 minutes or until it is tender.
Season the bok choy with the soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

This sounds like a nice easy recipe for Bok Choi but Chinese Cabbage is not the same thing. It is a larger plant than Bok Choi and is used for Kinchi, for example.
Bok Choy is a member of the Chinese cabbage family. Are you thinking of Napa cabbage? (which is also a type of Chinese cabbage).
