ingredients
1 cabbage, cut in small wedges
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup mustard
1 1/2 cup flour
directions
Cut cabbage into small wedges. Beat together egg, mustard and milk. Sift together flour, salt, and pepper. Dip wedges in egg mixture, then in flour, (for a crispier batter, repeat). Fry in hot fat until browned.
