1/2 head Cabbage, Shredded fine 1 medium sweet onion sliced and separated into rings 1 teaspoon beef boullion powder 3 tablespoons butter 1/3 cup sour cream salt and pepper
Melt butter in non-stick skillet. Add onion and saute 1-2 min on medium high heat. Add cabbage and saute/fry until tender and edges are lightly browned. Reduce heat to medium, sprinkle bullion powder over the mix and stir, continuing to fry. Salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Toss until cabbage is coated with sour cream.
Make interesting and delicious side dish that's a little different. Especially good with pork.
