ingredients
8 cups shredded cabbage
1 large diced pepper
1 cup diced celery
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup white vinegar
2 cups granulated sugar
directions
In a lg. bowl, mix cabbage, diced pepper & celery. Sprinkle w/salt. Toss. In a sm. bowl combine vinegar & sugar. Pour over cabbage & mix well. This should be made 2 to 3 hrs. before serving. Keeps for several days in refrigerator.
