ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
2 packages (10 ounce size) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
directions
Melt butter in large skillet over low heat. Add turmeric, coriander and salt and cook, stirring for 2 minutes. Stir in spinach.
Cover, cook until spinach is heated through. Uncover, add cottage cheese and sour cream and reheat, mixing thoroughly. Do not allow to boil.
