ingredients
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash white pepper
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch non-reactive pie plate, preferably glass.
Toss cheese with the flour. Set aside.
Combine beaten eggs, milk and seasonings. Add the cheese mixture and spinach; mix well. Pour into prepared pie plate. Bake for 40 minutes, or until pie tests done. Serve immediately.
