Veal And Wild Rice Casserole

ingredients
3 pounds boneless veal, cut into cubes
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 tablespoons melted margarine
1 package (4 oz. size) wild rice, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
8 ounces sour cream
1 can (2 1/2 ounce size) sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup sherry
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
directions
Saute veal in 1/4 cup margarine until lightly browned; drain and set aside.
Saute onion and celery in 3 Tbsp. margarine until tender.
Combine all ingredients except cheese; mix well.
Spoon into a greased 2 quart casserole, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
