Great basic crockpot teriyaki recipe. The pineapple brings a sweet and savory dynamic to the table, and you can throw in all sorts of veggies like broccoli or snap peas if you're in the mood.

3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 can (16 ounce size) pineapple chunks in light syrup, partially drained
1 bottle (6 ounce size) teriyaki sauce
Place the chicken in the crock pot. Pour the pineapple over the chicken. Drizzle with the teriyaki sauce.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve the chicken, pineapple, and sauce over rice.

I drain the pineapple fully otherwise the teriyaki sauce gets too thinned out. You can reserve some of the liquid from the can if you think you might need to thin it when it's done but I never do. I add some chopped onion and red bell pepper and one time added snow peas so you can easily modify this to whatever ingredients your family likes.
