Baked Swordfish With Dill Sauce

ingredients
4 swordfish steaks, about 4-6 ounces each
salt
freshly ground white pepper
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Dill Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream (fat-free, low-fat or regular)
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons light or regular mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 dash bottled hot pepper sauce
salt and pepper
directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Rinse fish with cool water; pat dry. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Combine oil and lemon juice; brush on both sides of steaks. Place about 1 inch apart in lightly oiled baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven, allowing 10 minutes per inch thickness measured at thickest part or until fish flakes when tested with fork. Do not overcook.
Spoon dill sauce over fish; garnish with fresh dill sprigs.
DILL SAUCE: Combine all ingredients in bowl. Refrigerate until chilled.
