Spanish Style Halibut Steak

ingredients
4 halibut steaks (of your preferred size)
1/4 cup green chilies, minced
1 lemon, juice and grated rind of
1/2 cup onion, minced
3/4 cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
OR
1 clove garlic, pressed
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon oregano
directions
In a 1-quart casserole, place half the halibut and top with half the remaining ingredients. Add other half of halibut and top with other half of vegetables and seasonings.
Bake covered at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
