Basic Chinese Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Water
4 teaspoons Cornstarch
4 teaspoons Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon Chili paste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Stir-fry your meat first and set aside; then stir-fry your vegetables, return meat to wok or skillet with the sauce mixture. This recipe is for 1 lb of meat.
