Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

ingredients
1 zucchini
3 eggs
1 cup applesauce
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 1/4 cups flour
6 ounces chocolate chips
1/2 cup cocoa powder
directions
Grease and flour two loaf pans. Set aside.
Grate zucchini to equal 2 cups. Add next 4 ingredients to the zucchini. Add the rest of the ingredients. Divide batter between the loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Lower temperature to 300 degrees and bake an additional 15 minutes.

I only used half the cocoa so it wouldn't be as chocolatey, and it was great! A definite keeper.
