Eggs Benedict Recipe

Ingredients:
6 Pastry Shells -- Baked As Directed
1 cup Cooked Ham -- shredded
6 Eggs -- Poached
Hollandaise Sauce
Parsley Sprigs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Fill prepared pastry shells loosely with ham, heat in the oven for 10 minutes. Cut poached eggs into a 2-inch round (can use cookie cutter). Place an egg in each pastry shell on top of ham, cover with hollandaise sauce. Replace top of pastry shells, and garnish with parsley. Can use english muffins instead of pastry shells.
