Bread Machine Whole Wheat Rolls

ingredients
2 teaspoons yeast
1 1/2 cup bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup water
directions
Set the bread maker to "dough" or "manual" setting, add all ingredients and let the machine run through the cycle. When the dough is ready, remove it and form into equal balls. Cover and let them rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Bake the rolls on a lightly greased cookie sheet for about 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

These made very nice rolls.

I really like this recipe. The rolls are light and have good flavor. I substituted 2tbsp of the liquid for orange juice as I usually do when using ww flour to counteract the bitter taste that ww flour can have. I've made these rolls several times and always receive raves from family and friends. The ease of preparation in my bread machine is a bonus!
