Slow Cooker Pumpkin Pie Pudding

ingredients
1 can (15 ounce size) solid pack pumpkin
1 can (12 ounce size) evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
directions
Grease the inside of the crock pot.
In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin, milk, sugar, baking mix, eggs, butter, and pumpkin pie spice. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until well combined. Pour the mixture into the greased crock pot.
Place several layers of paper toweling over the crock pot the cover with the lid. Cook on low heat for 5 hours or until the pudding is set.
Serve the pudding warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
