ingredients

1 box Pistachio-flavored instant pudding mix (sugar-free)
8 ounces plain low-fat yogurt
8 ounces vanilla low-fat yogurt
8 ounces Unsweetened crushed pineapple; drained
1 cup Frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping; thawed

directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Cover and chill.
