1 package (4 serving size) sugar-free instant banana cream pudding mix 1 cup heavy whipping cream 4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder 3/4 cup boiling water 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese, part skim
directions
Place the cold water in a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin powder over the water. Let stand for 1 minute.
Combine the pudding mix, whipping cream, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, boiling water, and gelatin mixture in a blender. Process for 8-10 minutes or until the pudding is thickened.
Divide the banana cream pudding between individual dessert bowls and chill until set, about 20 minutes.
