ingredients
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast (cut in strips)
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1 package (10 ounce size) Italian bread shells or prebaked pizza crusts
2 jars (6 ounce size) marinated artichoke hearts (undrained)
directions
In a large, nonstick skillet, stir-fry chicken and bouillon with 1/4 cup water until tender and brown.
Top bread shell with chicken and artichokes, along with a little of their marinade.
